Heavy Cargo Transport

Low-bed & Heavy Haul We operate scheduled daily runs between supplier sites, our Gul Way warehouse, and your production facility — collecting components in the morning and returning finished units for outbound staging. Each movement is confirmed with a signed Delivery Order, GRN, and proof-of-delivery photograph issued to your planning team.

Crane & Heavy-Lift Operations Lorry crane lifts up to 75 tonnes, coordinated with certified specialist providers. Every lift is supported by a formal lifting plan, pre-lift checklist, and timestamped completion record — built to MOM Workplace Safety and Health standards and available for client and insurer reference.
Out-of-Gauge (OOG) Transport For cargo that cannot be containerised, we manage the full OOG movement from end to end — police escort applications, route assessment, carrier stowage approval, and all supporting documentation. Low-bed and multi-axle trailer movements are coordinated between supplier sites, our warehouse, and port terminals.
Cross-Border Transport (Singapore ↔ Malaysia) Road freight between Singapore and Malaysia via Tuas Second Link, with customs permit declarations managed at both checkpoints. Police escort arrangements for OOG cross-border loads are confirmed in advance, with escort dates communicated to your receiving team before departure.

Container Stuffing & Unstuffing Professional stuffing and unstuffing of standard, flat-rack, open-top, and high-cube containers. We handle the full loading process at our facility, with photographic records provided to your team and nominated forwarders upon completion.

Rigging & Lashing Industrial cargo secured correctly for transit — custom lashing configurations, timber bracing, and certified rigging for every shipment type. Lashing certificates are issued as standard and available for carrier and insurer reference.

Crating & Packaging Custom wooden crating and industrial packaging for heavy equipment, oversized components, and precision machinery. We design and build cases to the specific dimensions of each cargo piece, providing structural protection for sea and land transit. All crating is fumigation-ready where destination requirements apply, and labelled to carrier and customs specifications before dispatch.

FCL Ocean Freight Full container load ocean freight to destinations across the Middle East, South Asia, Southeast Asia, Northeast Asia, Australia, and beyond. We handle standard and specialist equipment — flat-rack, open-top, and high-cube — with carrier relationships that keep your cargo moving and cut-offs tracked daily.
LCL & Consolidation For smaller consignments that don’t fill a full container, we arrange less-than-container-load consolidation to destinations across Asia, the Middle East, and beyond — giving you competitive freight rates without the cost of booking a full box.
Break Bulk & Conventional Shipping For cargo that cannot be containerised or consolidated, we arrange break bulk and conventional shipments on suitable vessels. We manage booking, stowage planning, and all supporting documentation for oversized, heavy, and project cargo moving outside standard container freight.
Booking & Vessel Management We manage the complete export cycle from initial booking through to bill of lading issuance — including schedule monitoring, cut-off tracking, and proactive communication when vessels change. Your team stays informed without having to chase.
Import Clearance & Delivery Inbound shipments handled from arrival notice through to port clearance, unstuffing, and final delivery. We monitor ETAs in advance and act immediately on arrival to minimise port costs and avoid delays reaching your facility.

Customs & Regulatory Compliance
TradeNet Export & Import Permits As a licensed declaring agent, we submit import and export permit declarations via Singapore’s TradeNet system on your behalf — covering FCA, FOB, DDP, and OOG shipments. HS code classification risks are flagged and resolved before submission, not after a customs query.
Export Documentation & Declarations We prepare and submit all export compliance documentation on your behalf — including Certificates of Origin (CO Form D, CO Form B, CO RCEP, and Beneficiary Certificates) for preferential tariff access across ASEAN and RCEP markets, and destination-specific declarations such as Egypt’s Advanced Cargo Information Declaration (ACID). Everything is coordinated with your nominated agents and couriered with tracking confirmation.
Fumigation & Phytosanitary Certificates Certified fumigation arranged for wooden packaging and timber products, scheduled around your cargo’s stuffing timeline. The fumigation certificate is incorporated into the full export document set and ready for carrier and customs presentation — no separate coordination required from your end.

Vietnam Operations (CIL)
In-Country Warehousing (VSIP Binh Duong) Our affiliate, Cargo International Logistics Co., Ltd (CIL), operates a bonded warehouse at Mapletree Logistics Center, VSIP Binh Duong — purpose-configured for gensets and heavy industrial equipment. Storage costs are significantly lower than Singapore, with documentation, photographic evidence, and reporting managed through a single Singapore point of contact.
Supplier Collection & Container Stuffing (Cat Lai) CIL collects cargo directly from supplier sites and production facilities across Ho Chi Minh City and Binh Duong Province. After collection, units are staged at our VSIP yard, stuffed into nominated containers, and trucked to Cat Lai port for gate-in — with stuffing photos sent to Singapore and your nominated forwarder at completion.
Vietnam Export Documentation The CIL team prepares the full Vietnam-origin export document set: Ocean BL, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Lashing Certificate, VGM, and Letter of Indemnity. All documents are reviewed by the Singapore team before release and originals are couriered to the appropriate parties via DHL.
CO Form D & CO RCEP (Vietnam Origin) Certificates of Origin for Vietnam-origin cargo are managed by CIL in-country, enabling your buyers to access preferential tariff rates under ASEAN and RCEP trade agreements. Originals are dispatched to Singapore or directly to your customer’s agent based on instruction.
Vietnam–Singapore Feeder Services We book regular feeder services from Ho Chi Minh City to Singapore on carriers including RCL, COSCO, and KMTC — coordinating CY cut-offs, container gate-in, and BL issuance from the Singapore office. Once cargo arrives in Singapore it moves directly into our Gul Way warehouse for inspection, re-export documentation, or onward FCL shipment.
